Remote Manager
Start browser SSH and RDP sessions and manage connection records safely.
Remote connections are linked one-to-one with managed IP records. Create or enable one on the VLAN/IP record form, then open Remote Manager > Remote.
Choose a target and start SSH or RDP. Kaya does not persist the password entered for a session, but credentials pass through the application and its helper process while connecting. SSH uses the bundled Node helper and browser terminal. RDP uses Kaya's Guacamole bridge and guacd; a short-lived in-memory token authorises startup.
Editors and Admins can change per-host protocol, port, username and terminal/RDP overrides. Admins configure global helper, split-screen, idle, recording, terminal and RDP options. Only Admin sees Session Recording, where recordings can be reviewed, downloaded, converted where supported or deleted.
If the public demo is active, live connection operations are disabled. See Guacamole and Module Not Loading.
