The Dashboard is the landing page after sign-in. It assembles authorised widgets for inventory, utilisation, DNS health, monitoring, activity and shortcuts. A widget failure is isolated so the rest of the page remains usable.

When Admin settings allow it, select Edit dashboard to enable, disable, reorder and resize widgets. Preferences are stored per user. Monitor mode expands the dashboard and reduces navigation chrome. The displayed refresh time can differ from the source-data timestamp because some widgets read retained collector data rather than contacting infrastructure during page rendering.

The global poll interval is 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute or 5 minutes. Admins can disable widget keys globally, require the Attention Required widget, control source-age display and disable customisation or monitor mode.

Common problems

  • A missing widget may be globally disabled, unauthorised, or switched off in personal preferences.
  • Stale compute or DNS values normally indicate an agent/provider collector problem, not a browser refresh problem.
  • Dashboard editing is deliberately unavailable in public demo mode.
