Open Networking > VLAN/IP Manager. Managed records are organised by VLAN and Category; DNS observations remain separate until explicitly linked.

Any signed-in user can search, filter, view and ping records. Editors and Admins can create or edit an address with VLAN, MAC address, Category, display name, description, Static or Dynamic assignment, notes and configured custom fields. The same form can create or update the related reachability monitor and SSH/RDP Remote Manager record. Bulk update changes VLAN, Category or assignment type for selected rows.

Admins configure VLANs, Categories and multiple DHCP ranges under Site Administration > Module Settings > VLAN/IP Manager. Address uniqueness is scoped to a VLAN. DHCP ranges provide lease context; Kaya does not need placeholder records for every pool address.

The Observed DNS clients view uses retained DNS data. Review a suggested match or create a managed record from observed values. Static records are never automatically moved by DNS observations; automatic Dynamic updates and exact-MAC linking are off by default.
