Include:

  • installed Kaya version/tag or image digest and whether it is a development channel;
  • deployment type, host OS, Docker and Compose versions;
  • exact module, route, user role, time/time zone and reproducible steps;
  • expected and actual behaviour, HTTP status and request ID where shown;
  • redacted docker compose ps and relevant time-bounded logs;
  • dependency versions/status for Pi-hole, guacd, Proxmox, OIDC, SMTP or agent;
  • whether the problem began after an update, migration or setting change.

Never include passwords, .runtime.env, encryption/recovery keys, cookies, OIDC/agent tokens, SMTP credentials, full licence keys, private Vault content or Secure Send token URLs. Replace internal addresses and personal data consistently while preserving relationships needed to understand the issue.

Make a backup before reproducing a destructive or migration-related problem.
